You've been in this long enough to know your patterns. You can trace them, name them, journal about them. And they're still running. And that's not a you problem. That's the middle. And the middle has a map.
Take me to the map →You did the inner child work. The shadow work. You wrote the letters to your past self, you found your gifts, you figured out your patterns. Some of you got really deep into your intuition, your gifts, pulled cards, got readings. And for a while that stuff was genuinely cracking things open.
And then somewhere along the way it stopped moving things the way it used to. The journaling feels like going in circles. You're pulling cards and getting the same messages. The things that used to light you up feel flat. You keep starting things you don't finish, not because you're lazy, but because nothing feels like it fits anymore.
Some of you almost disappeared off the face of the earth for a minute there, figuratively. A period where nothing made sense and looking back it's like, what the fuck happened then, where was I?
That's the middle. And you have to almost start getting out of it before you even realize you were in it.
Here's what's actually going on. Your old identity ran out of fuel. The version of you that got you this far, built on whatever patterns and coping and ways of operating you developed, it's done. It can't run anymore. And the new version hasn't fully formed yet. So you're in this gap, trying to figure out why nothing is clicking, wondering if you're going backwards, wondering if all that work even did anything.
It did. Nothing is wrong with you. You just don't have the map for where you are right now.
Most of the women who find their way here have already been through a spiritual awakening. Things cracked open. They discovered intuition and energy and something bigger than the life they'd been living. For a lot of people that was real and it changed everything.
And then at some point it stopped being enough on its own. Because you can be spiritually open and still have survival patterns that haven't been touched. You can have real gifts and still be running the same loops. You can know a lot about energy and have a nervous system that's been in high alert for so long it genuinely doesn't know how to stand down.
The spiritual awakening was the first one. This is the second. The human one. The part where the self you left behind while you were busy ascending actually has to come into the life you're living now. Not as a project. Not as more work to do on yourself. Just as the actual next part of this.
That's what Awakening Self is built for.
One of the first things we do in Awakening Self is identify your archetype. Not a personality type, not a box to live in. A specific way your nervous system learned to keep you safe that is now the thing keeping you stuck. Every one of these patterns was smart once. It worked, it got you here, and now it's the thing in the way.
Outsourced safety to her brain so long the body stopped getting a vote. Understanding everything first became the only way to feel okay.
Stayed so ready for the next thing to fall apart that standing down started to feel like failure. The readiness became the identity.
Stayed in forward motion so long that being fully present somewhere felt dangerous. Growth became the place she lived, not a path to somewhere.
Kept the dream so protected in her head that fully committing felt like too much to risk. The vision stayed perfect by staying unlaunched.
This is where we start because this is where you are. We name what's actually happening, why the flatness and fog aren't signs that something went wrong, and how your archetype specifically copes with the gap. You walk out of this phase knowing exactly what you're dealing with and why. The shame comes off it.
This is the phase where the old identity finally stops holding you up. Things start slipping. Your archetype goes into overdrive trying to drag you back to what's familiar. We look honestly at what's actually ending, how to stop fighting it, and what real accountability looks like without the story attached. This is the phase most people try to fix their way out of. We move through it instead.
The nervous system work starts here. Not by building something new, by stopping the old survival patterns from running unchecked. Your archetype has a specific safety strategy it's been using for years. This is where it gets named, interrupted, and slowly rewired. You come out of this phase a little steadier than you went in.
Your archetype doesn't disappear. You just stop mistaking it for your identity. This is where you learn to notice it, name it, and redirect without making it mean something terrible about who you are. Integration isn't being past the pattern. It's being with it differently.
Not an arrival point. A way of operating. You stop trying to get back to the version of yourself that used to work and start showing up as who's actually here right now. And when the middle comes back around, because it will, you'll recognize it a whole lot faster than you did the first time.
Video lessons and reflection assignments for every phase. Go at your own pace. Come back to phases as many times as you need. No timeline, no pressure to finish before you're ready.
Monthly workshops and embodiment calls — live, with replays. Not recordings you watch alone. Live sessions where you can show up, ask questions, and be held while you're doing this work in real time. The workshops go deep on specific topics. The embodiment calls are less teaching and more dropping into your body, regulating in real time. Both are recorded. Three months. It's included.
A dedicated space to ask questions about what you're moving through, share what's resonating, and not feel like you're doing this alone. This stays yours after the three months of calls wraps up.
Unlock after all five phases. One is about what happens when the old identity tries to come back in — not as a breakdown but as a very convincing reason to go back to what used to work. One is about what your archetype looks like when it stops running scared. The same wiring that created the loop also created something real.
"I'm just starting to process through all of this and I'm not sure I've even made it a layer deep yet. What has that hiding actually been in recent years? A disconnect from myself. In this hiding, I've neglected the relationship with myself and I didn't realize it."
"There was a part of me that didn't believe I had anything of value to share. I can see how by not nurturing myself and setting boundaries, I've burnt myself out and disconnected with myself. I'm trying to rebuild some kind of foundation to get me time and actually be kind to myself."
More tools, more frameworks, more content to consume is not what's going to close this gap. What's actually in the way is that your identity, your nervous system, and your survival patterns are not on the same page. And insight alone doesn't change that. The body needs something different than what the brain already knows.
Awakening Self is built specifically for women who have done so much work that their own self-awareness became the ceiling. It doesn't treat the middle as a motivation problem or a mindset issue. It doesn't pretend the archetype work is a one-time exercise. And it doesn't skip the nervous system piece because that's the part nobody wants to sit with.
And it's not built from a place of having it figured out. I spent years performing a version of myself I thought would equal success. My marriage almost ended and my sense of self went with it for a while. I bypassed my way through postpartum twice. The crash was real and what came out the other side wasn't a shinier version of me, just a more honest one.
You're not here to become a better version of yourself. You're here to stop running from the one you already are.
I've been in the spiritual space since 2017 and I grew fast. Intuitive reader, built an audience, had all the right language. I went deep into the inner child work, the self-love, the healing frameworks. And then I gave all that power away because I genuinely believed the spiritual side of me overrode the human side.
The crash was real. My marriage almost ended and my sense of self went with it for a while. And what I found on the other side wasn't a new and improved spiritual version of me. It was just me, more honest, more accountable, actually present for my kids and my husband in a way I wasn't before.
No. You move at your own pace. The live calls run on a monthly calendar so there's a rhythm to those, but the course content itself is yours to move through whenever it's alive for you. Women come back to phases multiple times. That's the whole design.
Honestly, it might not be. That's a real thing and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. What I'll say is that this course mirrors what you're already living, not a curriculum you have to push through. Most women come back to it because it keeps being relevant, not because they feel guilty. But only you know if now is the right time.
The workshops go deep on a specific topic, usually something that's alive in the community right now. The embodiment calls are different — more meditative, more about actually working through what's present in your body rather than learning something new. Both are recorded if you can't make it live.
If you've been in this work for a while and you can see your patterns but can't stop running them, you're the right fit. If you're new to personal development and looking for an introduction, this probably isn't the right starting point. This course was built for women who have already done enough to be frustrated that it isn't working the way it used to.
If you get in and it genuinely isn't what you needed, reach out within 7 days and we'll sort it out. I'm not interested in keeping your money if this isn't the right fit.
What I needed was someone to tell me this was a phase, not a character flaw. That the loop wasn't proof of anything except that the old identity was on its way out and the body needed time to catch up to what I already knew in my head. That's what Awakening Self gives you. A real map for the place you're actually in, built by someone who's been in it and came out the other side more honest than she went in.
