Authentic Evolution

The awakening was the first one.
Nobody prepared you for the second.

You can see the pattern coming. You know where it started. You could explain the whole thing to somebody over coffee and be right about all of it. And you ran it again this week.

Seven questions, about two minutes, and it tells you which one has been running you.

What's actually happening

The spiritual awakening opened you up.
It didn't teach you how to live.

You're the one people call. You can listen to a friend for ten minutes and tell her exactly what's going on in her marriage, and you're usually right. You have language for your childhood, your nervous system, your attachment style, your father. You've read more about yourself than most therapists read about their clients.

And last Thursday you got off a call and went straight to the dishes so you wouldn't have to feel what you felt. You knew you were doing it while you were doing it.

That's the part nobody warned you about. The first awakening gives you sight. Something cracks open and you can suddenly see the whole machinery, yours and everybody else's, and it's a real gift and it's why people find you. What it does not give you is any ability to stop your own hand.

So you end up in the strangest position of your life. The most self-aware woman in the room, running the same play you ran at twenty-six. Apologizing before you answer. Handing the compliment back. Making the decision in your head for the fourth time and still not saying it out loud. Managing your marriage like an account you're afraid to open.

Everyone around you thinks you have it handled. You do have it handled. That's the problem, and it's why anybody working with half of this is going to be useless to you.

The second awakening is the human one. It's where the woman you left behind while you were busy becoming enlightened has to come back and live an actual Tuesday. That's the entire thing I do.

Start here

You already suspect the answer.
Take it anyway.

It's seven questions and about two minutes, and you answer with your gut instead of the version you'd like to be true. What comes back is which pattern has been running you, where it tends to show up, and what changes when it stops making your decisions for you.

Suspecting it and reading it back in plain language are two different things, and only one of them gives you something to work with.

The Overthinker The Rebuilder The Seeker The Visionary

Whichever one comes back, it's a pattern, not a personality. It's describing what you do under pressure, not who you are underneath it.

How I work

Intuitive and accountable.
Neither one cancels the other.

I'm clairsentient and claircognizant. I pull cards, I work with energy, and I don't minimize any of that or dress it up as something more respectable so it goes down easier.

I also believe accountability is where everything turns. Not as punishment. As the uncomfortable fact that the answer to most of what you're stuck in sits closer to you than you want it to.

Most of what gets sold to you picks one of those and calls it complete. The spiritual side hands you meaning and no floor. The practical side hands you habits and leaves you the same woman with a cleaner calendar. You've done a lap of each.

  • You can be deeply spiritual and still be running on avoidance
  • Seeing the pattern and stopping it are two different skills, and nobody taught you the second one
  • Your body is still holding what your mind already processed
  • Avoidance is the hard part. Accountability is the relief.
  • The tools were never the problem. The way you were using them was.

The signature program

Six months. One thing.
A number that moved.

Being a Visionary is a pattern. Being a Visionary Leader is who's left after it stops running you, and the same is true of the other three. That's the distance this program covers.

Most programs in this space ask you to feel different. This one asks you to be unreasonable about who you are and completely sober about what you do on Tuesday, and it keeps both of those running for six months without letting either one drop.

You pick the single area where the gap between who you are and how you live is loudest. Your money, your marriage, your work, the thing you keep saying you'll do. You write down what it looks like when it's handled, as something you could photograph rather than something you could feel. Then instead of trying to fix that area, you spend six months becoming the woman who already has it handled.

You report a number every week. In March you put September next to today on one page and you can see exactly what you did.

Who's teaching this

I've lived every part of this.
And I don't live there anymore.

I've been in this space since 2017. Blew up fast as an intuitive reader, went deep into inner child and shadow, and spent years convinced the spiritual side of me could override the human side. It can't. I found that out expensively.

My marriage almost ended. I gave my power away for a long time and told myself it was surrender. I bypassed hard and the bill came due.

What I teach now came out of getting all the way through that, not out of reporting back while I'm still standing in it. I can see the shape of the whole thing from here, which means I can tell you where the turns are before you hit them.

In graduate training in clinical mental health counseling. Written for Tiny Buddha and The Good Men Project. Nine years working with women one at a time before any of this was a program.
