I’ve Been There
I used to refresh my bank account ten times a day, telling myself I was staying “positive” while secretly spiraling inside.
I called it alignment. But really? It was control wearing a spiritual costume.
If you’re doing all the things, vision boards, scripting, affirmations, and still wondering why nothing’s landing… you’re not broken. You’re just gripping too tight to something that was never meant to be micromanaged.
Chasing Isn’t Manifesting
Obsession is just anxiety in disguise. Every time you energetically hover over your manifestation like a toddler with a fragile toy, you’re signaling:
“It’s not here. I don’t believe it’s coming. I need to make this happen.”
That frequency? It’s rooted in lack, not trust. And manifestation can’t breathe in a space that’s suffocating from desperation.
I thought doing more would help, more journaling, more affirmations, more “proof” that I believed. But what I was really doing was reinforcing the idea that it wasn’t here yet. That I had to earn it with effort.
The Shift Happened When I Stopped
It wasn’t a vibe hack or a new method. It was the moment I hit full-body exhaustion and said:
“Screw it. I can’t keep trying this hard.”
And then… something weird happened.
Not instantly. But with a calm I hadn’t felt in a long time, things began to land. Opportunities, peace, income, they started showing up.
Because I wasn’t chasing anymore, I was just being.
Embody the Version of You Who Already Has It
The version of you who has the thing?
She’s not obsessing. She’s not micromanaging signs from the universe or googling “how to manifest faster” at midnight. She’s grounded. Regulated. Safe in her body.
To her, the thing she’s calling in? It’s already normal.
And that’s the secret: Make it normal in your body, not just on your vision board.
- That’s when your nervous system can relax.
- That’s when your energy gets magnetic instead of frantic.
- That’s when you become a match.
Try This Instead
When you catch yourself spiraling or overdoing, pause and ask:
- If it were already mine, would I still be refreshing my bank app right now?
- If I trusted it was coming, what would I be doing instead?
- Can I let this breathe… and get back to living?
Because the space where you’re no longer gripping? That’s the space where things land.
